STOKE CITY 1972 LEAGUE CUP WINNING COMMEMORATIVE PLATE You are bidding on a ceramic plate that was made to commemorate Stoke City's 1972 League Cup victory. It was made in Stoke-on-Trent by Crown Ducal. The plate displays the team photo on the front and there are autographs of the players, manager and directors printed on the back. The plate is in a very good condition. It has a small dent on the back (see picture) and a few very minor marks on the back but these do not show unless inspected very closely. The team line up on the plate is: Tony Waddington (Manager), Denis Smith, Gordon Banks, Alan Bloor, John Ritchie, Jimmy Greenhoff, George Eastham, Mike Bernard, Peter Dobing (Captain), Terry Conroy, John Mahoney, John Marsh, Mike Pejic.
