The document has the printed signatures of the Shuttle Crew Astronauts Weitz-Musgrave-Peterson & Bobko. Condition is excellent. This Nasa patch, including photos-documents & other misc space related items, are from the estate of a retired Nasa Engineer and are guaranteed original and of the period.
