This is a Sunset Models HO Scale Alco RS-3 1600 hp locomotive. This Korean made unpainted brass model has no scratches or dents, is still packed in the original box (I believe from the early 1970s) and runs very nicely both forward and reverse. As it has not been run in many years, if at all except for testing, I would recommend oil before using.
