Shipping InformationDOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY We can only ship to your registered eBay address. We will not forward packages or ship to alternate addresses - NO EXCEPTIONS. All shipments to official United States Postal Service (USPS) PO Boxes will be sent by US Mail. Please make sure your order is accurate before paying, once an order is placed it cannot be modified. Domestic shipping is FREE therefore by default we do not combine orders. At our discretion we may choose to combine certain orders. We take many of our photos in house and due to reflection there may appear to be 'black' on the coin when there is not. If a coin has a color in it at all it will be described as 'colorized' in the description or title. Due to the large inventory we sell, we will use stock photos and you will not get the serial number as shown unless specifically stated in the product listing. Original Government Packaging - Storage Devices We do not include, stock, or sell OGP/COA, capsules, or other storage devices. Troy Ounce All precious metals are measured in Troy Ounce whether the listing title and description or coin design mention it or not. Order Lost During Transit All of our orders are shipped insured. We can file a claim on any order where the tracking information shows the package as not delivered. We must wait a period of two weeks from the last tracking update before we can file a claim and either refund your money or send you a replacement. A lost or missing coin Affidavit MUST be singed, notarized, and mailed to us before we can refund or replace your order - NO EXCEPTIONS. We are no longer responsible for any order where the tracking information is marked as DELIVERED - we are unable to file a claim on any order marked as delivered, you will need to contact your local postal carrier's office in order to seek resolution.
