Up for auction is a Superb Multi Media 1/48th scale TRIMASTER Messerschmitt Me262A-2a/U2 Bomber, Kit MA-11 dated 1989. The kit features "white metal, photo-etched stainless steel and metal tubes in addition to the normal (exceptional) injection plastic parts." It also has rubber tires. Check out the 19 pictures posted below the text for the complete story on this great kit. This is a true auction with a no-reserve starting price of $0.99 The box is open and in very good condition but there is some drawing on the inside of the box top (see pic 14). I inventoried and photographed the kit. It is complete and unstarted with the plastic parts in 3 unopened plastic bags and there are 2 loose trees (pics 14 & 16). The fuselage halves are off the trees (pic 17) otherwise all the parts are still on the sprues. The white metal, photo-etched, metal tubes and rubber parts are in their 9 unopened bags (pic 11). Instructions and decals are included. This kit is part of my huge collection of 1/48th, 1/32nd, and 1/24th scale WWII aircraft models collected over the last 20 years.
