Superb Pair of 1844 Vienna Silver Footed Master Salts is a Spectacular Set of Two 1844 Vienna Sterling Silver Footed Master Salt Cellars in Excellent Condition! They are fully Hallmarked on the sides with the Vienna Mark of 1844 for 812.5 Fine Silver and the Makers Mark. They are Truly Stunning in Person! They are both Rectangular in Form and have Wonderful Fluted Bowls with a Rolled Edge that sit upon Matching Fluted Pedestal Bases. The Bowls have a Beautiful Hand Chased Floral Decoration on each Corner and in the very Center of the Bowls is a Beautiful Hand Chased Raised Floral Medallion. They are Quite Beautiful in Person, all Hand Crafted by a Master Silversmith!They each measure 2 1/2" tall and are 3 3/4" by 3" and weigh a total of 4.8 ounces.This will make a wonderful addition to any Fine Antique Sterling Silver Collection!
