Sylvanian Families Grand Hotel Bundle Selling the Sylvanian Families Grand Hotel along with a bedroom set and a garden set. I am selling this item due to becoming a teenager and growing out of it, however I loved it so much and played with it all the time. This item is in amazing condition apart from some of the paint scratched off slightly (as shown in the picture), but can easily be painted over to cover up, and is barely noticeable. Other than that, there are no other problems with the playset. It is a lovely item and I'm looking forward to giving it a new home and a new owner to enjoy it just as much as I did. :-)
