SYLVANIAN FAMILIES REPLACEMENT FLOOR SECTION AND GARDEN FOR BEECHWOOD HALL You are viewing an original Sylvanian Families floor section for the Beechwood Hall. This section is reversible being green one side for use as a garden and brown the other side to be used as additional flooring for the house. Condition is good throughout. These items are only sold with the complete building and therefore are impossible to replace without buying a new house. Measures 26cm by 26cm. Please note that the picture of the complete building is shown so that you can correctly identify your own building. You will receive the part listed in the description only and not the building.
