This is an auction for a Takara Masterpiece edition MP-02 Ultra Magnus. It had been removed from the box and displayed for a short time behind glass, and since then it has remained in the box. In is in mint condition, and was only transformed one time. The inner box (as shown in photo #3) can be assembled to make his trailer, which I did once just to see what it looked like (which was pretty cool). All of the pieces for it are there. However, as you can see (in photo #4) it does have two small rips in it. As for the figure itself, Ultra Magnus is in mint condition. Very articulate, he can hold just about any pose you want. He's got movable fingers and flip-up panels on his forearms, and comes with a blue energon axe, a black photon rifle, the Matrix of Leadership, and two little connectors for the cardboard trailer so he can attach to it. He also comes with a very nice black and brown mini version of Megatron that he can hold. (On a side note, you can actually take off the stock, scope, and silencer from Megatron if you wanted, which I thought was cool.) As I mentioned, he has only been transformed one time - joints are very tight. And he has a button on top that lights up the Matrix in his chest when you push it.
