TALES; NATIONAL AND REVOLUTIONARY BY MRS. C.R. WILLIAMS. Pub. by H.H. Brown, Providence. The date on the title page is 1830. Seven stoties from the Revolutionary War period. There is no lettering on the spine and I don't know if there ever was. I have only seen two other copies offered for sale and they were very worn. All the pages are intact but the binding is fragile. There is some light foxing at the edges of the pages which does not effect the type and makes for easy reading. 6" by 4" with 215 pgs.
