Hello. Please be sure to look at my other auctions! I have many more unusual items and collectibles listed this week! If you win multible auctions we do combine lots when possible to save you on postage. This same kit has been offered in an eBay store for $23.00 + $6.95 postage. Rendered in about 120mm or 4 5/8" tall in 1/16 scale. Kit is out of production. The figure boast natural posture and lifelike facial expression. Clothing and equipment are also accurately reproduced after thorough research. This model is armored with TACHI (Sword) and SAIHAI (Goods for the direction) in his hands. The armor in this kit, called "TOSEI-GUSOKU" in Japan the last 16th century, is reproduced in detail. The KABUTO (Helmet) is reproduced with WAKIDATE (made from the horn of the buffalo) and HOSHI-KABUTO riveted on the line radially from the center of the top head. DO (Breastplate) is modified from the one-piece of steel called HOTOKE-DO. The parts of the waist and the femurs are armored with KUSAZURI and HAIDATE, woven the small pieces of steel called "SANE" together with the colorful threads.
