This is a 15" square picture frame--appears to be very old. Back is evidence of that. Inside the frame is a wood cutting of Teddy Roosevelt. I did not take it out of frame to verify its a wood print but it definitely appears to be so. Looking with a magnifying glass, the facial & hair features appear to be drawn on with fine ink. The head shape and the intricate floral design edging are cut out. The green & light burgundy trim fabric around the print appear to be grosgrain ribbon. Not sure what the black background fabric is. Frame appears to be a wood base covered with some type of plaster paris material. It is in so-so condition. T are several spots w the covering has broken off or worn off. See photo for example. I could locate no date or artist on this but looking at the workmanship and especially the back of the frame, it is obviously old.
