This is the first press of the THOU / SALOME split LP on Vendetta Records from 2009.The item was bought in brand new condition and since then has been in storage, only having been played once. Both the vinyl and sleeve are in near mint condition.Thou contribute a song called 'The Song of Illuminate Darkness' and an instrumental reprise.Salome contribute two songs, 'With Hell For A Mouth' and 'Carving the Ether'.Both bands play slow, pummeling sludge metal with punk roots. Thou's song is long, slow and fairly melodic. Salome are faster paced, with a female vocalist, and call to mind bands such as Burning Witch.Check out my other auctions for more doom, sludge, noise and hardcore records, I'm very happy to combine shipping!
