This is a tin friction Triumph T.R.3 "AUTOMOBILES OF THE WORLD" series car made in Japan by Bandai. It is approximately 8" long. The car has been stored in its original box, and has little or no play wear. It has a small ding on the hood which may just be a factory defect. The friction works smooth and this one looks and displays like new. It is still a 50 plus year old toy car, stored for years, and may have slight blemishes, I don't see, so look at the pictures and judge for yourself.
