This is the Super Shredder from the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles toy line in the 80's. He does not come included with the original axe weapon that he was packaged with, but The figure is in excellent shape, all joints are stiff and he has only stood on a shelf since being opened. and It comes from a smoke free environment.
