I am putting up for auction a very rare Torah Fragment from my personal collection.This is an honored document of religious history you have a chance to own. Jacob Leaves Laban beraishit - Genesis - 31:3 - 31 :41 This hand written fragment came from Europe it is written in the original Hebrew language on parchment and is is aproxximately 300 to 400 years old. The scroll is written according to the early Ashkanaz custom that was obeyed some 300 to 400 years ago. Today and over the last 250 years the custom of the letters are different. Look at the pictures, you will see that the writing is very unique. The letters are not written like the letters are written today and over the last 250 years .In almost every letter t is a difference. This is one of the fragments from a few that were saved from the entire scroll. Because of its age the parchment has deteriorated and has gone lost. This fragment Is one of the only Fragments Saved and with care it can last for centuries to come. Torah fragments like these are extremely rare and seldom seen or available do to t age.
