Very nice Towle sterling silver serving spoon in their Federal Cotillion pattern. Please note that I have two of these spoons and I am offering them in two back-to-back auctions on eBay, so please check my other auctions if you would like a pair, I'm happy to combine shipping. Well-marked with the Towle hallmark and further marked "Sterling." Unconditionally guaranteed authentic. A vintage estate piece, probably around 40 years old, but in excellent condition with no pings, dings, or dents, and no monograms or removals. Light patina of usage scratches to the bowl of the spoon consistent with age, as shown in the pics. Otherwise basically perfect. Pattern very crisp, not worn down. Measures about 8.1" long and weighs about 3 ounces on my kitchen scale. NO RESERVE and a very low start, a nice opportunity.
