T his unique, custom-built, bodyshell is an early attempt at re-creating one of the development prototype designs which led from the R55, F7A, single ended locomotive, to the R159, Victorian S class, double ended locomotive. Using all original Tri-ang parts, the model comprises a sectioned R55 centre section fitted with two cabs. Finished in dark green over silver, headcodes and headlamps are glazed and the air horns are fitted. There is no cab glazing and the decals are after-market TR. PLEASE NOTE : This offer is for the bodyshell only. The model has been run, on the scratch chassis shown but the bogies and couplings are shown for illustration purposes only and are not included in the sale.
