This is a Tsuchiya Koitsu Woodblock Print entitled "Teahouse" which is in absolutely beautiful condition. Since purchasing it I have kept it wrapped and stored properly. Nice bleed through to reverse and very nice colors. This print is extremely rare and has been sold online in the range of $500-$1000 when one has appeared for sale at auction. I hate to part with it because I love it so much, but it must be done. Shipping to the USA only please. See pics and info below for detail. Thank you :) Tsuchiya Koitsu Teahouse (Yotsuya Araki, Yokocho) 1935. Size: Oban. Approximately 15.5 x 10.5 inches. Publisher: Doi Hangaten (seal), also bears Doi watermark. Carver: Harada (seal). Printer: Yokoi (seal). This seal combination indicates an early post-war edition. Its possible pre-war use has been a subject of debate. Condition: Unframed. Pristine. Never displayed.
