I have owned these plates for many years. The red color is the same on both plates so they display great together. The larger plate measures a little over 10 inches in diameter and is marked on the back Abbey Ruins, T Mayer, Longport. This plate is in great condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. T are a few small pinpoint blue marks on the front that I have never tried to remove. The second plate measures 8 1/2 inches in diameter and is marked on the back "Palestine". This plate has a 1/2 inch chip to the rim which is hardly seen from the front. Other than this flaw, the plate is in wonderful condition and has almost no glaze wear. I noticed that the last pic has a couple of lines showing up but this is just a shadow. Thanks for looking.
