NO RESERVE! Excellent wide souvenir deck of Union Pacific Railroad playing cards. This is the "Avalon Bay" deck showing a picture (on the card backs) of people on horseback overlooking Avalon Bay on Catalina Island. This is a very attractive vintage deck of UP cards. UPRR-5 in the most recent edition of Phil Bollhagen's book "The Great Book of Railroad Playing Cards" U3 in the 1991 edition. Faces show 52 scenic views along the Union Pacific routes. Cards have been played, but deck is in near new condition. Little evidence of wear or use. No creases, tears or bent corners. Cards are still slick. Edges are slightly "eucd" (the edges on the 9's-Aces are slightly darker than the other cards). T are 52 cards, 1 joker plus an extra joker with instructions on how to order additional UP souvenir decks for $1.25 (don't you wish that still worked!) and a bridge scoring table card. Also included is the original booklet describing the scenic views in detail. Nice original slip type box in excellent condition. A fine vintage deck of hard to find railroad train cards.
