UN/NATO IPTF Flag Original late 1990s UN flag from the International Police Task Force, a multinational civilian police organization under UN/NATO command formed to keep the peace in Bosnia-Herzegovina following the Dayton peace accords. Lightweight blue nylon flag with UN logo silk screened on one side and surrounded by patches from the various countries that served in the task force, from large countries such as the USA, France, England, Canada and Germany to smaller nations such as Ghana, Senegal and Nepal. Flag measures 3 x 5 feet and has UN label FIELD LOGISTICS SUPPORT sewn on fly edge. Police patches are European bevo style construction and there is a total of 43 different patches. Light wear to UN emblem in center otherwise undamaged. Flag was found here in the Killeen/Fort Hood area. Impressive piece for any police patch or UN collection and in excellent condition.
