Original 1966 United States Senate Restaurant Menu, Autographed by eight senators: Eugene McCarthy-Minnesota J.W. Fulbright-Arkansas Spessard Holland: Florida Daniel Inouye-Hawaii Hiram L. Fong-Hawaii George Murphy-California B.Everett Jordan-North Carolina Strom Thurmond-South Carolina Also includes The Famous Senate Restaurant Bean Soup Recipe on the back cover. The menu is interesting, too, for example: NY cut 12 oz sirloin steak served with french fries, salad and rolls: $4.00 (But Senator's salaries were $30,000/yr!) Provenance: I was there with my family and went from table to table to have the Senators autograph the menu. The signatures are all real.
