c print with acrylic frame; 15" x 6.5". edition of 500. this edition is completely sold out this item was part of the series produced for the Wrong Gallery, described below. artists maurizio cattelan, ali subotnick, and massimiliano gioni released a project for cerealart: a 1:6 scale model of The Wrong Gallery in new york city. The Wrong Gallery, which was founded by the trio, is the smallest gallery in the world, consisting of one square meter of exhibition space.the 1:6 scale replica is made of resin, glass, aluminum and steel, and has a functioning door and electric light. it measures 18" x 11" x 2" and is meant to be installed on a wall in your home, similar to cattelan's tiny working elevator, now in the permanent collection at LACMA. this piece debuted officially at artbasel in december 2005.
