In keeping with my new "catch and release" philosophy of pen collecting, I've decided to "release" several that have been in my personal collection (and have seen fairly regular use, so they are all in working order) for a while so that I might be able to "catch" some new ones later. are the details for this pen: Make/Model: Brown/Golden Pearl Vacumatic Shadow Wave Pen with gold filled trim -- unusual in that it is single jeweled and has a jeweler's band cap band Length: a bit over 5 inches (more like 5 and an eighth) -- the size of a standard vac. Color: Just about as nice as you will find. Really great color, decent transparency The photos do NOT do this pen justice, and are a little dark. Nib: excellent Parker arrow nib -- super smooth fine nib. Imprint: quite clear and crisp -- third quarter "2" (1942?) date code Comments: This is a really unusual vac. It's the only one I've seen in this color (and I'm selling two more (a grey one and a green one -- I've seen one other grey, but the green is also the only one of that color that I have laid eyes upon)). Given that I know of two other grey one like this and that I have found two others in different colors suggests that the single jewel/jeweler's band/standard vac sized shadow wave is not an read more
