Old unique wood carved Toad. Made in Japan. Has large glass eyes. This one up for auction does not have the Japan logo stamped on the bottom. I think it was because the center of the bottom has a large Knot, and it just didn't take, cause the wood was to hard t The last 2 pictures, are not of this particular toad carving. But I added them to show what the logo should look like, and w it was located. This is a very outstanding carving. See how the wood grain is so visible around each wart. It does have one crack, in the bottom breast area. Coming from the knot. I believe it was always t You can see it in the 10th picture. Measures aprox. 8" long 3.5" tall and 5.5" deep.
