This auction is for a Crisp Clean US Navy Commander's Decorated Dress White Uniform. The uniform top is a size 40, bust actually measures 42", on the shoulder epaulets t is the 3 stripes for a Navy Commander and a Line Officers Star. T are 6 ribbons which are: * Meritorious Service Medal withy two gold stars * Navy and Marine Corps Commendation with one gold star * Navy Expeditionary Medal * National Defense Service Medal * Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal * Navy Sea Service Deployment with three bronze stars Skirt is a 14R, hip 41 ½", waist 31", length 26". Included with this auction is a belt and brass buckle. T is no tracking number on USPS Standard, DO NOT ask for it unless you paid for delivery confirmation which is 55 cents extra. If you require faster shipment in the US please request priority and pay 20% more than standard for priority. If you have received a price for standard USPS shipping and you are over seas, wait for the correct shipping amount, it is more money and you are aware of it.
