With a combination of beads and wool yarn this predominately earthtone screen/face shield (to protect the Victorian woman's face, and her wax makeup from the fire's heat) would be a wonderful piece to hang on a wall. It could also be easily made into a fabulous pillow. I am actually offering two of these just now on eBay and with the exception of the other one offered having none of the original beaded fringing, (the fringe on this one is partially t they are in very similar excellent condition. They still retain the holders and a stand could be made for them. Size is 9" high by 7" wide. That does not include the bit of fringe on this one. Overall with the holder included, each is 18" high and 9 1/2" wide. The center motif is floral with geometric corners and edges. The green part is wool yarn and the yellow is yarn as well as the brown leaves. The rest is beaded and sparkles in the light. Shipping for this item will be $8 within the U. S.
