I don't know anything about these so if you have any questions, please email me and I will try my best to answer them. This is a 1000 Marek note from Poland from 1919. Shipping is $1.50. If you are outside of the Continental United States and win the auction - please email me after the auction to find out the exact shipping costs (I don't have a great set of scales so I can't give you an exact amount before the auction ends - I only charge you what the post office charges me).
