Vintage 1930s Art Deco Fostoria Glass Amethyst Skyscraper Cocktail Shaker This listing is for a vintage 1930s Art Deco Fostoria Glass amethyst skyscraper cocktail shaker with brass lid and spout cap. This cocktail shaker is Fostoria shape number 2525 and is documented on page 234 of Fifty Yeass of Collectible Glass by Tom and Neila Bredehof, It was offered in the 1936 Fostoria catalog and can be seen on the Fostoria Glass Website. This cocktail shaker holds 42 ounces and measures 13 inches tall to the top of the spout cap when the lid is on, 12 and 1/2 inches tall to the top of the dome lid, and 3 and 1/8 inches in diameter. This is a great cocktail shaker to display and use! Condition: There are 3 very tiny dents in the brass top. The top is so shiny I cannot get these little dings to show up in the pictures. No splits to the brass top or spout cap. No chips, cracks, water marks or stains to the amethyst glass shaker body. No Cloudiness to the glass. The lid and spout cap fit well.
