VINTAGE 1950'S ERA LADY HEAD VASE - NAPCO C6428 General The pieces included in the auction came from my Cousin Bertha's estate which included pieces from Great Aunt Addie's estate. She passed in 2001. We have literally hundreds of boxes of antiques, dishes, collectibles and interesting novelty items to go through. As we investigated the contents of these boxes, we've noticed that many of the boxes were packaged with newspapers dating from 1962 and 1963. Auction Item You are bidding on a 1950's era lady head vase. This vase is model number C6428 by NAPCO. Its original foil sticker can still be found on the bottom of the vase. This lovely brunette sports a light blue dress with daisies around the collar. The inner circles of the daisies are more of a royal blue color and are trimmed in gold. This damsel is wearing a dark blue glove. She has nice dangling faux-pearl earrings. Her crimson lips are still vibrant and eyelashes are perfectly in tact. This doll is approximately 5 ½" tall. The diameter of the opening is approximately 2 ¼" wide. The fingers do not appear to have ever been broken. The piece is in good shape. T are no chips or breaks. The piece does exhibit crazing throughout, but does not distract from the beauty of the piece. In fact, it arguably lends to its authenticity. The bottom reads "C6428 NAPCOWARE ®" .
