Here is a hard to find box of 1961 Barbie bubble packets made by Roclar Co., Beverly Hills, Calif., and licensed by Mattel. There are six 3 /14"x2 1/4" wax packets of powder bubble bath-2 green and 4 pink, though the powder colors are faded. All items are in fair condition. The cardboard box has creases, is out of shape and the lid does not stay closed. However, it is clean with bright and colorful graphics of vintage Barbie dolls. The 6 wax packets feel a little gritty and some of the powder bubble bath seems to stick in the packet (exposed to water maybe, or just age?). The graphics of the ponytail Barbie on the packets show great and the reverse side lists other Barbie bath products available for purchase. The pictures will show the details better than I can describe them. This is a rare find especially with the box, and being 52 years old, not recommended for use.
