Vintage 1975 Lancaster County Amish kitchen soup mug Set Of 2. 4.25in w x 3 in dGorgeous Lancaster Count mug produced by Fred Roberts Co in 1975. Fine porcelain from Japan.This large soup mug has the traditional bird and floral motif found in the Americana decor of the Amish or Mennonite Communities. It reminds me of the symbols that are emblazoned across the barns of the midwest indicating the pieces of quilts motif.It has the same imagery on both sides and a blue ring around the outside top rim and handle. Super pretty and clean with not one noted flaw. NO chips, dings, or discolorations.Just beautiful..A perfect gift for a quilter or one who enjoys simpler times and historical remembrances.
