Original Vintage Marx ELM "Fun on Wheels" Donald Duck & Goofy plastic toys from the 1960's. Goofy & Donald Duck were Disney characters and friends of Mickey Mouse. Both of these toys measure about 1 5/8" x 1 1/4" x 7/8". They are in good vintage condition with some paint loss, visible in the photos. The colors are bright and vibrant, just like the cartoon, comic strip. They are marked "Hong Kong" on the side of Goofy's blue pants and underneath Donald Duck's shirt. ELM was a Hong Kong-based subsidiary of Louis Marx Toys. The initials ELM stands for Empire Louis Marx. ELM products are essentially the same as those made by the Louis Marx Toy Company. FUN ON WHEELS products were sold in individual boxes for 10 cents each and were all "hand painted by artists". These does not have a box. These are great little "fun on wheels" toys for any fan of Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and Goofy.
