is a nice vintage chairmaker tool in very good user condition. The tool cuts dowel ends from 1/4" to 1 1/4" and up to 3" long. The blade is marked Hargrave and the tool looks to have little use. T is about 75% or better finish. Used to put ends on chair rungs legs and spindles. This design is one of the better to use. Being able to cut 1 1/4" ends is good if you make benches because it is a heftier tenon. Look at the pictures and ask any questions before you bid.
