NOT SURE OF THE ACTUAL DATING OF THIS VIOLIN. INSIDE THE F HOLE IT IS MARKED ANTONIUS STRADIVARIUS CREMONENSIS FACIEBAT ANNO 1727 or 1721 cant tell for sure but last 2 digits had been written in of the date. It has a A S and a cross in a circle made of same inking as on old paper inside. It also reads made in czechloslovakia. It is about 23 inches long. THE INFORMATION STATED ABOVE FOUND INSIDE THE F HOLE OF IT. I do not know alot about this old piece but the piece that the strings fit to at the bottom is loose as you can see in the picture w my finger is, also this piece w my finger is signed WITTNER GERMANY. T is some wear around edges of violin on the varnish, see pictures. T is also a hairline crack on the front at one of the openings. T is a scratch on back of wood. Light wear to varnish on front as well. The case looks pretty good and is lined with a rich royal blue velvet. THE BOW WAS IN THE CASE AND STILL HAS THE BOW HAIR IN IT.
