Powered Baltimore & Ohio United States Mail/railway Post office Car, Baltimore & Ohio Passenger Car. 2 Bands are needed, t is 2 in the box. Powered car needs 4. T is one coupler on each car that has been broken. The cars are in perfect shape. I think the couplers were broken due to poor handling. They don't appear to have been out of box very much. The box has one corner that ripped, otherwise very good condition.
