Vintage Blue Topaz Rhinestone Necklace By Van Dell Description Circa 30’s this lovely articulated 12 karat gold filled necklace by Van Dell. Two gorgeous navette, a single oval cut in the middle with three clear rhinestone set in a lovely delicate gold fill design. Marked Van Dell on the back of the oval rhinestone with 12K G.F., clasp also marked 1/20 12K. This piece is in very good condition, 16 inches long, center hangs about ¾ of a inch.
