This is new in box; however the box is really really dusty and the plastic front is broken this little guy appears to be is mint condition there may be little spots on his shoes, he is still attached to the cardboard I get my items at auctions, therefore I do not know what type of home they come out of I ship the day after payment is recieved Payment is due 3 days after auction ends if you need more time let me know if you do not communicate and you do not pay I will open a case with ebay thank you and Check out my other items !
