This saw sharpening vise made by E.C.STEARNS & CO. of SYRACUSE N.Y. is in very good working condition. It is the model number 3 vise and is marked as such. The clamp on this vise measures 9 3/4 inches long. All moving parts work freely and this vise is complete.
