Vintage Royal Blue Crystal Hiding in the Brass Caged Filigree Covering the Beads in this 24 1/2" Rosary. This is the most beautiful rosary to have come across when the brass of the filigree are covering the beautiful royal blue beads on this gorgeous rosary. The 7MM beads are just so enveloped into the filigree it looks so Victorian, so beautifully romantic, and it is so vintage as well. The beads are flowing into the obsession of the night with the twilight of the sparkling beads that are hiding into the brass veiling. The crucifix is the only thing that is different, as it is a silvertone cross that is 2 1/4" by 1 1/4" with raised corpus, & INRI. The back of the cross is saying: I am a Catholic, in case of a accident, notify a priest. The center medal is the Blessed Virgin Mary with the brass looking medal & on the reverse is the Miraculous Medal. The length is 24 1/2" with a drop of 7 1/2" and a circumference of 33". This is a nice size rosary & it would also make for a very different 2nd rosary & you can pray for all the souls in purgatory with this one. With the rosary being caged, and the souls are being freed, it is almost as if you could say that the caged crystal is like the imprisoned souls, that they are indeed caged to be better housed as imprisoned souls as those in purgatory awaiting the release of the people who pray the rosary just as the imprisoned souls are waiting their turns to become uplifted to our Lord Jesus Christ. This is a rosary that you will want to pray with all the time, as that is pretty heavy to lift the spirits of the souls in purgatory rather then intercede to Our Lord for the final days of the lives of the souls in purgatory & for their resurrection onto heaven for all of their souls have been freed by your intercession through Our Lord. The other things that I almost forgot about is that the weight is 62 Grams.
