Thank you FOR SALE Hello. For auction is a Antique, Vintage Blessed Mary medal that I stated was rare because of its size. Ive seen and held many of these medals, and this is the first that was wide as this in relationship to its height. Its width gives it a heavy appearance as well as it being unique. I did restore this medal to its high gloss luster and am totally pleased with the results. Besides it being quite shiny and glossy, its shine is uniform over the entire medal. Quite beautiful. Vintage medals such as this one should show evidience of wear. Although impossible to properly capture in the photo's, T is just a few tiny area's w the silver is worn from high spots, exposing the base metal, giving it a true vintage appearance as well as attesting to its age. The pictures do not do justice as to how beautiful it appears. I have pictured it with a US Quarter for size comparison. The size also relates to how heavy it is, also having very strong embossing.
