Vintage Chinese famille rose porcelain box, in a form of a pillow boy. I cannot determine whether this pillow was made out of ceramic or porcelain. I can see the reflection on his head, but the inside of him was left unglazed and it appears to be ceramic.The top part of a box is a pillow boy. The pillow boy is so charming, from his face expression to his clothing. The bottom part act as a container, painted in scroll design on all 4 sides. The actual age of this Chinese Famille Rose pillow boy box is unknown.Size: The size of this vintage Chinese famille rose pillow boy box as follows:1) Pillow boy: The pillow boy is larger in size than the container. From his feet to the bottom of his dress, the size of a width is approximately 11 1/2" ?2) Container: The size is approximately 8"X 4"Signed: It is signed in Chinese characters in a red square and other two signatures as shown in the pics .Condition: The vintage Chinese famille rose pillow boy has no chips or cracks . When inspected closely on a pillow boy, there are marks on him and on the container. I also see some areas have light missing paint because of age and it is hand painted Posted with eBay Mobile
