This auction offers this wonderful art glass lamp from the 40's. It was produced by the Consolidated Lamp Co. and is from the Martele line. It is cased custard glass with a creamy white background with sage green branches, leaves and flowers. The lamp is exactly as I found it. I did unscrew the base to check the bottom of the vase. As pictured, t is an original company label on the bottom. This lamp works perfectly. It has 4 modes of operation: OFF, TOP LIGHT ONLY, BASE LIGHT ONLY or BOTH LIGHTS. I beleive all the metal lamp pieces are original. It will need to have a harp and shade. The lamp measures 18 1/2" tall. The vase alone is 11" tall and 22" around the middle. The only condition issue is that t are 3 or 4 chips along the lip of the vase that occured when the lamp fitting was attached. Not really visable unless you look under the little metal bib or turn the lamp upsidedown. No way detracts from overall look of the lamp. T are no other chips or cracks.
