Beautiful Vintage CompoteAmerican Brilliant PeriodBy J. Hoare Corning.I believe the pattern is called STEUBEN.It is heavy cut crystal on a pedestal stem.Condition is excellent, a few very minor chips or fleabites if you will, all the toothpoints are fully intact except for a few minor chips..IT is 7 inches high and 8 inches in diameter measured edge to edge. The interior depth is 1.5 inches and the base measures 4 inches acrossI believe it is signed with a small "h" etched inside. Pattern features a buzz star motif, with a swirling effect. It also has some fan cuts, crosshatching and the stem has a "zipper cut". It weights almost 3 pounds. For shipping with lots of packaing and insured as Priority Mail, you shipping costs will be $15.
