Privet! Hello! Thank you for looking at my auction. This is a Volga M-24 01 die cast 1/43 scale model. It is in Mint condition with box! This particular car was made in the early 1970's and is the first of its kind to be cast in to a toy. The later came with different packaging and less craftsmanship. VERY IMPORTANT NOTE - stamp on the bottom (Made in USSR) is printed in Russian thus indicating it was made before the Russian Olympic games. For the games most toys had english writings for a wider world appeal. The toy was manufactures in The Ukraine at the Kiev - Vatutina toy factory. The cost was 4 Rubles and 50 kopeyek. $4.50. This is a true gem and the perfect box gives it a museum like quality. I have seen some old USSR toys for sale but never with a perfect box. All of the parts are in the car and in good working order.
