Vintage EG* snaffle bit with leather headstall, reins are 100"+ long, comes with large engraved silver heart rosettes, leather braided chin strap, small engraved silver heart conchos, engraved silver buckles keeper and tip. The bit is marked EG* Magdelena Sonora Mexico on one side and EG* on the other side.. It is blue with the engraved silver overlays and has copper lines on the mouth piece.. It does have a lttle rust and could all use a cleaning if desired, I have been using this set up till a few months ago, but since I have sold my horses I no longer need this nice vintage and collectable bridle any more.. Please ask questions if you have any and I will do my best to answer them.. My camera doesn't take real good close up pictures but I added a picture of the maker's mark EG* The throat latch buckle says Alpaca Mexico on the back The other buckle I think says Fleming Silver Overlaid Mexico and on the tip it says Fleming Sterling Mexico No markings on the Heart conchas, the small ones have a copper post and a brass screw, if that means anything?? The reins are 9/16" wide and have a nice feel to them, The headstall is 5/8" wide and the throat latch is 1/2"wide. The Browband is 1/2"wide. My horse I used this on had a large head but is room to go larger or smaller if needed.
