This is a wonderful machine, and designed so well. It fits snugly into an ingenious case that also transforms into a sewing deck. This is a free-arm machine with a knee bar control (instead of a foot control). The knee arm simply rotates down for use. It is in excellent working condition. The interior has been gone through professionally with everything checked and oiled. It sews like a champ. It had not been used for many years prior to the servicing. Included is a case (original) that includes many accessories (see pic). Also, t is the original flyer and complete manual. The small frame that holds the light bulb mechanism under the head has been broken. The original cast aluminum pieces are included. It is taped up now and looks as though it has been taped up for a number of years since t is tape residue (see pic). The bulb unit will hang down if not secured. It does not affect the machine or sewing at all but the bulb gets warm & would be unpleasant to touch. The machine is type/model 500970 - 110 - 120V, made by Tavaro S.A. Geneva Switzerland. The case measures 14" x 12" x 7" when closed. It weighs 22lbs unpacked. I like to describe items as accurately as possible especially when I am a novice with the particular item I am selling.
