is a vintage Eversharp Skyline pen or mechanical pencil. It looks like it should be a mechanical pencil, but I don't know how it works...t doesn't seem to be any way to turn anything to advance the lead if it breaks or wears down. The tube for the ink or lead has a protective piece that slides over it to keep whatever is in it, in it. The opening at the end of it looks like the opening for lead....too small for ink. Anyhow, I know this is a dumb description, but t it is. It is being sold AS IS.....the body is brown plastic...the cap is also plastic, almost a tiger eye design/color....metal parts are gold colored metal.....the body of the pen/pencil appears to be in nice condition. It measures 5 1/4" long with the cap on. If you have questions, please be very specific & I'll do my best to help you. Method of payment is paypal, money order or cashiers check, no personal checks, please. International buyers, paypal only.
