This is a Vintage Geometric Quilt made with some Feedsack and Silk Fabrics, which came from my husbands parents estate. We believe his grandmother could have made the quilt top in her later years and finished with a newer fabric for the backing by his Mother. It is hand quilted using 6 spi. T are 12 silk pieces that will need replacing or stitched. We are on well water up in the hills, and I did not wash this quilt. I was worried on how the well water would react to the silk pieces. T are a few light dirty areas on the backing. I do believe this will clean up nicely. The quilt measures 78" x 58" and it was very well made with some great vintage fabrics. I welcome questions and will answer in a timely manner.
